Welcome! I am a macroeconomist with a passion for public, labor, and demographic economics.

In several countries public debt is skyrocketing, and unemployment is not far behind. Fiscal and labor market policies, especially in the age of aging, have definitely become a matter of moment.

After obtaining an MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute, I joined the International Monetary Fund in 2016. In addition, I have been giving advice on fiscal and pension issues to several institutions, including the Lithuanian Fiscal Institution, the Independent Authority for Fiscal Responsibility of Spain, and the European Central Bank.
